There was a need to fill the gap in the training industry especially in the central region.
Students were frustrated as they were not being taken up. With this idea the founding members came. The Institution offers technical and Business Education. Martyrs' Polytechnic College - Kabasanda (MPC)also intends to answer the training needs of the society by catering for the working classes. The Institute offers Higher Diplomas, Ordinary Diplomas and Certificates in Technical and Business Courses.
